Sue Corralz, SPHR, Principal Sue is a senior consultant based in Orange County, CA.In this role, she oversees talent acquisition consulting engagements and manages executive search projects.Prior to Banyan & Jackson, she spent four years with Mercer, a $3B global human capital consulting firm, managing recruiting teams and conducting mid to executive-level searches across several consulting practices.Over her 19 year Human Resources career, she has held HR management and consulting positions with Quest Diagnostics, Unicor Funding, Catalyst Management Consulting, Hewitt Associates, and Nestle.Her corporate HR and executive search industry experience give her a unique perspective and client orientation not typically found in the recruiting industry. Sue has a B.S. in Business Administration - HR from NorthernArizonaUniversity, an M.S. in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin -Madison, holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and the Orange County Employment Managers Association (OCEMA).
